DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:
FREE standard shipping rates (within the continental US) on orders $40.00 or more (pre-shipping rate). Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged $6.95 for standard ground shipping and handling.
Canada applies duties, taxes and tariffs enforced on imported goods.
Please allow up to 4 full business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping.
RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Except for a defective product (i.e. cracked jar, seepage from container), there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. A defective item/product will be replaced with a similar item/product. No product shall be returned for replacement without first obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) from HAMSABRAND. Send an email to: Jonopal@hamsabrand.store with a brief explanation of the defect encountered to receive an RA#. Return shipping costs of the item/product to be replaced by HamsaBrand will be the responsibility of the customer.
